So Far So Good
I've only had it a little over 24 hours, but we've been through a lot before we got this fridge. I started with a very large different manufacturer model and it was not good. Ice production was not good, at all, the fridge was dark and so huge on the outside it was impossible for me to reach the rear of the fridge without a stool. I sent it back. Then we went through 3 separate refrigerators from a different manufacturer. Great design, would not keep a safe temperature. They all went back and I ordered this. Within a couple of hours of being delivered it was cold. It's doing a great job. The outside is nowhere near as large as you would think it would be with this kind of capacity. Cons: the lighting situation is not great, it's dark. I wish there was a covered bin in the door to keep butter fresh. The bottom cubbies in both doors are just-this-side of useless they're so oddly positioned and very small. You can't adjust humidity levels in crispers. The water/ice dispenser is very small compared to other models and for its size. I wish I could set my Stanley down in there to refill it, I wish I could put a small pitcher down to fill. Pros: It's honestly huge without feeling unwieldy. Ice production is great though personally I'd rather skip the bite size. But honestly I'm pretty happy. It's nice and cold, something the three other fridges I had ordered from someone else could not manage. Hopefully Samsung has addressed their issues with ice makers. Plenty of room for groceries.

    Amazing Refrigerator!!!
    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to say thank you for this fantastic opportunity to review this product. I had my previous refrigerator for over 20 years, at the point of no return. When the new Samsung large capacity 3-door French door arrived on the truck, I was afraid that the refrigerator would be too big, but when the delivery team, they had also said that it would be too big. But the delivery company sent another to haul the old refrigerator and place the new Samsung refrigerator, and when I saw that it fit perfectly, I was so excited. When we put the food in the new Samsung refrigerator, there was much more space than in our old one, and we couldn't reach the back. The water dispenser is also excellent, where you can get ice from two places (the second one dispenses ice in the freezer). The freezer also has plenty of space to store frozen items. The two drawers for the freezer allow the household to have their ice cream, and there is plenty of room left over for frozen food items.

      Don't buy Samsung
      Shame on me for not doing what I usually do if spending a chunk of money, I didn't research owner experiences and problems very much. Samsung makes great TV's, we have 3, and smartphones, but their appliances and especially refrigerators rank low, along with LG. For starters the owner's manual is horrid. A bazillion pages of safety and installation stuff but little on the functions and settings, requring Youtube videos to figure it out. Didn't even realize it had a separate ice maker in the freezer that drops cubes into bins, nothing in the manual about that. After 5 months and coincidentally (?) after a storm-related power failure my wife noticed ice cream in the freezer was soft, long after the power came back on. Meat and other frozen things seemed to be thawing. Temp display showed 0 degrees F., but a thermometer we placed in there showed 32. Refrigerator temp showed 37, but the thermometer showed 56. Thermometer is accurate when testing with ambient temps in the house. Fiddled and fooled with it and finally called Samsung for a warranty service call. Awful experience with heavy foreign accent customer service people. One finally had me do a reset of the electronics, that apparently doesn't happen just from cycling the power off and back on. A procedure of keypad presses that no one would ever figure out on their own. After "rebooting" that it seemed to be working, but 12 hours later the thermometer still only shows 26 degrees in the freezer while the display still shows 0. And the freezer ice maker hasn't made ice since this all began, which it can't do if the actual temp is not low enough. We'll see if it goes down any more but this is ridiculous. I have a service request ticket open and waiting on a local repair service to call. For a total purchase price of almost 2 grand with delivery and only 5 months in operation this is way unacceptable.

        Very poor quality
        This fridge is very poorly made. The shelf doors all have cracked and been replaced multiple times. We have had continuous problems of water leaking (condensation) under the drink drawer and freezing. We turned off the water to the fridge and still have the problem. We have just taken the drawer out and a towel stays in there or it would run onto our floor and ruin our flooring. I will never by Samsung again. Also, anyone I have spoken to with a Samsung fridge has had the same issue.

          The entire fridge died less than 2 months after I bought it. We’ve worked with customer service since March and still have not gotten a refund. I’ve contacted the Better Business Bureau and am hopeful they can help. Do some research. I wish I had!

            WORST PURCHASE EVER
            A major appliance upgrade that I was excited for, has been a nightmare. Our fridge is not even 2 months old and has already failed us twice. The initial problem was that our entire fridge and freezer were not cooling and all of our ice melted in all 3 ice buckets. Here we are only a few weeks later after getting that issue fixed, with our freezer not cooling again or making ice in the bottom bins. I scheduled a service request and it was cancelled. I called and the agent walking me through the process to resolve the original issue of the freezer not cooling (Fernan), only made it worse as now my fridge and freezer are not cooling again. Not only did he not help, but now I had to call again and requets another service repair, mind you the only place that can make it out is 3 hours away from me. With the initial request being cancelled without any explanation, this will put us down the schedule to have someone repair our fridge. In turn, this has cost us lots of money on groceries as if they aren’t already expensive as it is. The SmartThings app also has been NO help since it doesn’t show me the accurate temperature to the fridge and freezer. The fridge panel does not display any error codes either when a problem arises.

              Ice maker sucks!!
              Everything else is good but there is never ice, works maybe twice a year I have to have ice in my freezer because it never works. And filing a claim with Asurion is the worse! Make it so difficult so you quit filing a claim.

                Stopped working 3 weeks
                After installation, slowly the unit keeping ice cream frozen until it quit completely in 3 weeks. Customer service is PROCESS. Do not purchase.

                  Much worse then previous models of RF32
                  Much worse then previous models of RF32. Shelfs 2" dipper (so dipp) but door shelfs 2" narrow (not much you can put). No shelfs high adjustment. Upper shelf 2" higher and not easy to accessible. Probably designed for people 6'6" and taller. Has much lover actual capacity compare to previous models the same design concept. I can't move all staff from old one to new one.

                    ICE MAKER DOESN'T WORK
                    After less than a year, the ice maker stopped working properly. I should have believed all the reviews about failed ice makers. After doing research, it appears that there was a class action lawsuit against Samsung for knowingly providing defective materials in their freezers for years and leaving their customers to remedy the situation themselves. I have Samsung TVs, phones, speaker, I'm typing this out on a large Samsung computer monitor. NEVER AGAIN! I would rather slide down a razor blade into a pool of salt water than buy another Samsung product. They don't even have the common courtesy to reply to any of the customer complaints on here.

                          Don’t do it..
                          It took weeks and several days off of work just to get it delivered. We would have a day set up & the delivery would be a no show. 4 months later the ice maker quit working. Then the food didn’t seem cold enough next thing the freezer is out. Compressor went out, 5th one the repair guy had seen in 2 weeks for this model. 3 weeks to fix. Had to keep food in a cooler on ice. Refuse to compensate us for all of our food. Kids had stomach issues and I’m just putting 2 & 2 together. Samsung is a joke.

                            Freezer went out after 4 months new
                            We purchased freezer Dec 2023 and in April 2024,freezer stopped working. Since under samsung warranty, home depot refers you to samsung, took 2 days to get a samsung rep to make a technician appt,technician takes 4 more days to come out,says parts are needed. Then no contact for a week! I called samsung said tech will call me in 2 to 3 days,then tech company texts me ,appointment in 4 more days. Way too long without a freezer. And the run around from Samsung is ridiculous.

                                Only 5 months old and needs repairs
                                The only fast easy thing was Depot taking my money. Purchased refrigerator, washer and dryer. Not 5 months old and the refrigerator needs repairs. Stopped cooling lost everything. Depot ran me around, Samsung ran me around, on the phone. 2 weeks later repair man comes takes it apart to tell me it's not cooling. Need a new fan part, have to order it. So might get fixed in a week. Worthless product and company.

                                  Samsung Ice Makers Fail Shortly After Warranty
                                  Fair warning. The ice makers will very frequently freeze over and you will have to chip the ice away and thaw it manually. When you contact Samsung they will not help after the initial 12 months. This is a known issue with a class action lawsuit. I regret my purchase.

                                    Lets see the resolution!
                                    Bought in November 2023, Leak in high side compression flange, waited almost 2 weeks to have fixed. Had to talk to someone in the Philippines 2 times with 25 minutes wasted with someone that was hard to understand, asked for someone that spoke English 5 times, spoke faster...Lost a whole freezer and fridge food. Word with repair people this happen frequently, poof quality control. Juice ran on lower shelf on the underside, no way to clean or remove, lets see the resolution! Temp on app only shows set temp, not actual, waste!

                                      Worst Refrigerator purchase ever - terrible customer service from Samsung
                                      purchase 4 weeks later refrigerator stop cooling started in the freezer during Xmas - 4 service tickets, 3 months later - forced to give me a replacement - they lost the refrigerator somewhere in route fought to the nails - gave up on calling support - came close to small claims, finally after 4 months of dealing with this issue, Samsung decided they could not find the replacement game a refund. I had no choice 2 month into the ordeal I had to buy another refrigerator LG out of pocket.
