A:  Counter top goes on top of the sink as well as other kitchen cabinets. Then to put sink, you cut the counter top for the size of your sink and put the sink in the hole you cut in counter top. Sink edges/lips will sit on the counter top. To understand better, see the sink in your kitchen.

A:  If it's a sink base cabinet, the top panel is a fake and there isn't any drawer.

A:  If it is a true "sink base", it is not a drawer, but only a dummy front that the sink sits behind.

A:  You will need to get a countertop to sit on the cabinet. Then you will cut opening in the countertop for your sink to fit and sit on. Then you will need to seal around the sink so that water doesn't get in.

A:  Hi Patrick - This Unfinished Beech cabinet is specifically designed to work with a sink. There is no drawer, and the interior will be completely open. A:  No they don't come with the cabinet, you have to buy them separately from Home depot and glue them on. Then you sand and stain. Unfortunately, the ones I bought from Home Depot were about a 1/4" to small Height and width, so measure the end panels before you buy them.

A:  You can buy the veneers separately to apply to the exposed ends.

A:  You can buy the side panels and stain them.

A:  Great questions! We do not foresee any issues in using this cabinet in a bathroom setting. One thing to keep in mind is that the depth of this cabinet is 24", whereas most vanities are 21" deep from front to back. A:  Hi Frank - The base is fully encapsulated in the construction of this cabinet. We do not recommend removing it entirely. A:  My plumbing comes through the floor as well and we had to cut around the fittings for the hot and cold water pipes. It was very easy to do.

A:  The Hampton Unfinished Beech cabinet on this page is not designed to accept a farmhouse sink. We do offer a 36” Apron Front Sink Base (model number KSBD36), but it is not available in the Unfinished Beech. A:  Yes, I bought a sink base last spring (2021), online through the home depot app, when the local store had none in stock.

A:  I actually used this cabinet to replace a custom cabinet that's was 35". By splitting in half a filler piece I was able to avoid waiting and out having to order another custom cabinet... Primed and painted (while Behr cabinet blend), the finished product turned out reasonably well - for a DIY guy..
